Hello!
My name is Fanny Ho.
Over the past 18 years at Nike, I have navigated the complexity of being a female in a male dominant industry. It takes guts to be the only woman on a performance footwear design team and a ton of resilience to be the only person of color in a meeting. My lived experiences have given me a real gift: a deep sense of empathy for diversity that shapes the way I show up as an innovator everyday.
Over the next 18 years, I‘m here to be a change maker and use my creative position to bring a different perspective to the table. I am driven by the vision of a more diverse future and am ready to lead the change I want to see.

Session 1: Let’s start with brief introductions and an overview of your current portfolio. After we align on your goals, I'll provide a summary of suggestions to help you refine your portfolio before we meet again for Session 2.
Session 2: Let's review your portfolio revisions and refine your presentation strategy. I’ll provide a final round of expert advice to ensure you and your portfolio are ready for your next step.
